I recently bought your gel pens and cricut holder, which is what machine I have. I have watched videos and I have it inserted into the machine correctly, but my pens don’t reach down far enough to write on the paper, unless I am putting manual pressure on it. I’m sure thats not good for my machine. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Thank you.

Hi Leslie,
The main thing that usually happens there is that your pressure is too low. Put the pressure from 3-5. We made the pens to work right at pressure 3 so that we get the best flow (too much pressure can cause the ball, that rolls the ink, to not roll well). However, some machines need more pressure. Try it out. If that doesn’t work let us know! Enjoy!
